I have lived in  the East Valley since 1990.  I have been selling Real Estate full time since 2003 and I still love it!  As you may or may not know, traditional real estate agents and lenders spend 80% of their time searching for new business from the general public, which means they have little or no time to serve you during the transaction; they're just looking to find new business.

What I do for you is invest time consulting, negotiating and overseeing your transactional details, so you have a quality experience that causes you to want to recommend my help to the people you care about most.

The purpose of my business is referrals, which means I must bring the type of value that makes you feel comfortable introducing me to the people you care about most.

After all, a referral is sending someone you care about to someone you respect. It's a great way to live and a better way to run a business, BY REFERRAL ONLY.

I have found out that Not all Realtors are the same!

In 2005 I  became a GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute. In 2007 I became a professional stager and in 2008 I got my Broker's license. In 2009 I received the new SFR (short sale, foreclosure resouce) designation. Education, knowledge and experience all help to make your experience better.
