Property Management
The Property Manager for CENTURY 21 Arizona-Foothills reports to the office Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm.
Monday through Friday (if the agent on the floor is unable to help) the Property Manager will take renters out to look at rental property. If there are rental calls, on weekends or holidays, the floor person is unable to handle, the renter will be told that the Property Manager will return their call on the following business day. The Property Manager only takes calls from our current tenants and landlords on weekends and holidays.

Doit is in charge of finding rental properties to manage, negotiating management contracts with the owners, and determining rental rates of properties. He inspects the properties, determines any repairs, schedules the repairs and rents the properties. He interviews the tenants, runs a credit report and writes the leases. Presently, we have over 65 properties that he is managing. Because of his workload he can show renters our properties only. He will not have the time to show renters properties other than ours.
