Floyd W. Scott, President
Floyd has had a real estate license since 1983. Floyd received a BS Degree from Arizona State University in Finance in 1972. From 1981 to 1987 he was the Chief Financial Officer for Presley Development Co, the developers of Ahwatukee. In 1983 he started selling real estate part-time for Presley.
In 1986 he obtained his broker's license and was the designated broker for Presley from 1986 to 1988. In 1988 he opened Ahwatukee-Foothills Realty and in 1989 joined the CENTURY 21 system. The company name was changed in 1997 to CENTURY 21 Arizona-Foothills.
Floyd has graduated from 4 sessions of the CENTURY 21 Orbit training for Brokers and Managers. He has attended 2 Mike Ferry SuperStar retreats, and has monitored the Floyd Wickman "Sweathog" Program. Floyd was a representative of the CENTURY 21 NBCC group in 1993 and 1994. In 1997 thru 1999 he was chosen to participate in a focus group for the new CENTURY 21 Connections program.
Floyd is presently acting manager of the Boulders office in Scottsdale.

Cathy Green, Gilbert & Power Rd Branch Manager
Cathy Green has been licensed to sell real estate since 1992. Before moving to Arizona, Cathy was a multi-million dollar producer from 1993 to 1998. In November of 1998 Cathy relocated to Phoenix from Iowa.
Cathy joined CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in August of 1998. In March of 2000 Cathy was promoted to Sales Manager of the Gilbert Office.
Cathy has been in sales since 1988 and was a sales director for a Fortune 500 company before moving to the valley. Currently she is the Branch Manager our Gilbert and Power Road offices.

Jody Phister, Awhatukee Branch Manager
Jody has lived in the East Valley since 1990. She has been selling Real Estate full time for over five years and loves it! Prior to joining CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills, Jody worked as an RN in Healthcare Sales and Management, working with Upjohn, a division of Baxter and Scottsdale Health Care.
Jody joined the Century 21 team in May of 2003. She has earned her a GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute, designation and is an accredited professional stager.
In the Fall of 2007, Jody was promoted to Branch Manager for the Ahwatukee Office. Jody has earned her Broker's License.

Barbara Smith, Ocotillo Branch Manager
Barb was born in Philadelphia and grew up in Southern New Jersey. She has lived in the East Valley since 1981. Barb played college basketball with Arizona State University from 1981-1985.
Before earning her Real Estate License in 2002, Barb acquired more than fifteen years of Retail & Sales Management experience, focusing her career on providing outstanding customer service.
Barb joined CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in August 2002. In 2005, Barb earned her GRI, Graduate Realtor Institute designation. She was promoted to the Ocotillo Branch Manager in 2007. Barb has also earned her Broker's License.
Denice Casey, Goodyear Branch Manager
Denice Casey is originally from the state of Ohio. She began her career in real estate in 1990 with Century 21.
In 2000 she was recruited by SIRVA, a third party relocation company, to work exclusively with their cliental.
Upon relocating to the Valley of the Sun in early 2004, Denice acquired her Brokers license in the state of Arizona. Denice was promoted in 2005 to the Goodyear Branch Manager.

Corlene Remmers, Scottsdale Branch Manager
Corlene was born in Minnesota, but has lived in California, Japan and Hong Kong. She moved to Arizona in 1980. Corlene started her real estate career in 1990 with Century 21 and has worked full time as a Realtor since then.
Corlene graduated from two years of the CENTURY 21 Orbit Training for Managers. She attended the Floyd Wickman Master sales Academy six times and is a graduate of the Floyd Wickman "Sweathog" Program as well as the "SMART" Program. She earned her GRI, Graduate of Realtor Institute designation and monitored for the GRI program at the Scottsdale Association of Realtors for four years. Corlene is currently a volunteer for the Lockbox for Seniors Program sponsored by SAAR.
Corlene and her partner were the Top Team in Units and AGC in 2002 & 2003 for Century 21 in Maricopa County. Following two years as Branch Manager with her previous Century 21 Office, Corlene Joined CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in 2007 as Branch Manager for the Scottsdale Office.

Mary Sand, Central Branch Manager
Before to moving to the Valley in 1996, Mary was a bit of a gypsy. She grew up in New Jersey, lived in New York City, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Northern California. Mary has been licensed to sell real estate since 2002, earned her Accredited Buyer Representative, ABR, designation in 2004 and her GRI designation in 2007.
Prior to working in Real Estate, Mary spent time working in the Hospitality Industry. She also spent a number of years in Training and Development and worked for three start up companies developing and conducting training classes for both the Real Estate and Hotel Industry. She is a certified ZipForm Trainer, a certified ethics instructor and certified Microsoft Outlook 2000 & 2003 specialist. She is also a member of the National Real Estate Educators Association, and the past president of the Arizona Real Estate Education Association.
Mary started her career with CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in 2005 as the director of Training. In October of 2007, she was promoted to the Branch Manager of the Central Office. Mary continues to oversee Training.

Phyllis Miller, Surprise Branch Manager
Phyllis is an Arizona Native, born and raised in Maricopa County. She began her real estate career in 2001, specializing in assisting military personnel with their relocation needs. Being a Military Spouse herself, she understands the needs of military families.
Phyllis joined Century 21 Arizona Foothills in 2005 and was promoted to the Branch Manager of the Surprise Office in April 2006. In January 2007, Phyllis earned in Broker's License. As a branch manager, Phyllis helps in training and instilling qualities in our Agents that helps our clients to feel secure in the home buying process.
