Our History

We started as Ahwatukee Foothills Realty in June 1988 with four agents and a 1000 sq. ft. office. Shortly thereafter, in August of 1989, we joined the CENTURY 21® System. Our office moved in November of 1989 to a 2000 sq. ft. office located on Equestrian Trail and again in August 1991 to a 4300 sq. ft. on Ray Rd in Phoenix.

Our name was changed to CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills in Sept of 1997 and a second office location on Chandler Blvd. opened in 1998. Steadily growing, a third location opened in Gilbert that same year.

Merging with CENTURY 21 Heinemann in March of 2000, we then added an office at 8910 N. Central Ave in Phoenix. At the time we felt it best to consolidate our Ahwatukee offices on Ray Rd & Chandler Blvd. to one larger office on Chandler Blvd.  

In January 2005, meeting not only the growth needs of the company, but of the Valley, as well, we merged with CENTURY 21 Desert Stars adding another location in the Ocotillo area of Chandler. And most recently, in September of 2005, we merged with CENTURY 21 Tradin' Places, acquiring 2 active offices, increasing our sales force to 400, adding complete coverage to the West Valley.

With six offices spread strategically across the Phoenix area, we are qualified to service the needs of anyone relocating to the Greater Phoenix Area.
