ERC - BMA

Please contact our Relocation Division when a Broker Market Analysis is needed.  Our agents are trained and experienced in completing the Employee Relocation Council BMA and are able to provide a typed report and digital photos in a timely manner. 

Corporate Relocation Programs

CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills is able to provide Corporate Relocation Programs to third party relocation companies as well as to corporations relocating transferees.  In addition to home buying and selling, this program may include Fee for Services such as: Area and Cultural Tours, Pre-Departure Training, Repatriation Workshop, Trailing Spouse Employment Seminars, and Group Moves.  The Corporate Relocation Program is especially useful for international transferees who will have an opportunity to learn how to pump gas, use an ATM, obtain a Social Security Number and Arizona Driver??s License and learn where the nearest emergency room is located.  Cultural Tours introduce the international transferee to familiar foods and places where a common language may be spoken or products from home may be purchased.

Language Support

For the in-bound transferee needing to study English or the out-bound transferee needing to study a foreign language, CENTURY 21 Arizona Foothills has affiliations with excellent corporate language schools.  Classes can be arranged for groups or individuals.  Having basic conversational skills in the host country greatly improves a transferee??s quality of life!

Relocating with Pets

Special care needs to be taken when relocating with the family pets.  Shots may need to be scheduled prior to departure, flight reservations booked in cooler weather, and crate training done in preparation for flights.  It is also wise to have contacted a veterinarian in the destination city in the event an emergency occurs upon arrival.  Let our Relocation Division know if you need assistance contacting a pet transporter, vet or pet hotel.
