Fran knew the Sun Air Estates with all the HOA restrictions and requirements. It was a great experience working with Fra n. Any questions or doubts we had, she helped us along the way. We listed our property, it was showed during the same day and we had contracts that evening. Since we were moving back to NJ, and leaving prior to closing, Fran arranged for us to sign the needed paperwork, with a notary. She led us through the inspections, which were necessary . Fran was very prompt returning inquiries, which was so appreciated, and was confident and knowledgeable about the area, which was reassuring. Since I had to leave the day before garbage and recycle pickup, Fran offered to handle it for me... and did so. It meant I didn't have to ask neighbors to take the trash, nor leave the trash behind for the new owners. Just one of many small details with which she helped. I received a message from the title co. saying title was to close two days before the agreed upon date, and I sent a panicked call to Fran.
