I worked with Mrs. Linda Nelson in 2018-2019 prior to purchasing the property. We reviewed many other properties at that time.
I appreciated her calmness, patience, understanding that I do not know anything about how the real estate market works, helping me through the whole process.
I did not consider any other agent 3 and 1/2 years later, in 2022.
I would not have contacted Mrs. Linda Nelson to help me selling the property, if I did not believe that all these qualities were present.
I have no recommendations. Everything was professional, tailored to the local market, by an agent who understands the local market. She also puts effort to understand exactly what the customer wants.

We met Linda Nelson years ago in early 2000's when we bought a condo. Over the years we have had her as our realtor for a few other real estate transactions. We live out of state and we knew Linda Nelson was always looking out for our best interests. We sold our condo in Scottsdale in April and closed on it in May. From the time we accepted the offer I started scoutin g the Scottsdale & Fountain Hills areas for condos that matched our check list. When one would pop up for sale, we would consult with Linda for guidance and she would always "play it straight" with us whether it would be a good purchase or not. Shopping online from Indiana was really tough, but Linda kept listings of new properties for sale coming to us daily. If we saw one that checked the boxes, Linda would take the time to do a video tour with us and we always felt we got an honest opinion from her since she was seeing it live and in person. My wife was on stand-by to fly to AZ if we found a place that fit the bill that we could possibly make an offer on, but that never happened...you know why?? Because Linda Nelson found us the place that checked ALL the boxes, did an extensive video tour with us, told us that she felt in her absolute professional opinion that this was the one based on knowing us and our buying criteria and we made the offer that day sight unseen (she also guided us on the best way to write the offer to increase our chances of acceptance). The offer was accepted and we got the chance a few weeks ago to finally fly to AZ to see it...
BLOWN AWAY and we can't thank Linda enough!! The condo not only checked every box, but was beyond our expectations and today I sit here back in Indiana shaking my head so thankful we met Linda Nelson in early 2021!! We can't wait until our next visit to AZ and our new condo!!

Any and all things associated with this purchase were qui ckly communicated to us so we always knew where we were in the process.
