My first Booker called Linda and giver her my information. Linda Swatscheno immediately tried to contact myself. When I was able to return her call she already had done her research and had knowledge of my mothers estate! I could tell right from the beginning she was a genuine honest and trustworthy person! I was so grateful for her advice Linda always had the best interest of the estate. I Thank god everyday I was able to trust her! Linda made our family more than $16,000.
Linda was amazing, Truly professional but touch me personally. This was my mothers house who passed last September. Linda handled my mothers house with love and made me feel like I was her only client, She kept me posted on my mothers estate great communication! I would recommend her to everyone I know who will be selling their house in the Phoenix market!
Linda was INCREDIBLE in all aspects of the sale! I can not say enough about how she handled my mothers estate!
