About Me
I work hard for my clients and go out of my way to make sure their experience is exceptional. I was born in Guanajuato, Mexico. I moved to Phoenix with my mom and sister when I was nine years old. I have my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and have worked in customer service, including at the Phoenix Municipal Court and at the Phoenix Municipal Department. I was a stay-at-home mom with my three beautiful children for almost two years before I found my perfect job in real estate. I really enjoy my career because I can help families find a place they can call HOME. I am thankful for my clients and I look forward to helping you!

Lucia is more than an agent. After you get to meet her, she becomes your friends and wants the best for your family. She took in consideration that we have a baby and she wanted a safe environment for her. Somewhere where she can grow up safely. She was also always available for us. Made us feel like we were her only clients! Which is everything any customer really wants. She was also available in our time frames and even weekends when weekdays wouldn’t work out for us!
I still remember the way we were introduced to Lucia, our friends had called her to recommend us to her. As soon as she she picked up, she had sense of humor. She didn’t even know we were there listening to her call until he introduced us together. Immediately she gave me her phone number and responded right away. She made sure we received new home listings and would go beyond and search herself for home for us.
Everyone in her team made everything slide smoothly. Everything was being done in a timely manner!
The home we purchased had so many offers already. I send her the information and told her we loved it! She immediately took action and made calls and was able to tell them a little history of my family. The owner loved us by of course they still had reviewings to do. If she wouldn’t have taken action immediately, we wouldn’t have got our dream home.

We worked with Lucia to buy our first house. It was an incredibly tough market for our price point, but she really went the extra mile to make sure we felt comfortable and didn't lose hope.
She was on top of things throughout the process. We ended up making multiple bids over asking price and losing out before finally securing a home we love. Even when we wanted to throw in the towel, the support we got from Lucia was outstanding. If you send an email, text or phone call, Lucia doesn't leave you hanging.
