As a result of COVID restrictions we were unable to leave Canada to list or sell our property. Rebecca utilized FaceTim e to identify which personal effects we wished to keep. She then organized packing up and shipping of those possessions to Canada. Rebecca did an outstanding job preparing the property for showing as we had a verbal offer within 24 hours of the listing being released. We recently purchased a home in Roadhaven Resort and had Rebecca Dixon as our agent. Rebecca met all of our needs as a buyer by becoming aware of what we we were looking for. We had made the decision to make an offer on another property and she recommended that we look at another property first as she thought it was more what we were looking for. Thanks to Rebecca, we did not settle and found the perfect property for us. She kept us informed through several delays on the sellers side of the transaction. We were able to close and take possession quickly which was very beneficial to us to due to government request to return home to Canada ASAP due to Covid-19. She also recommended the home Warranty program, we were skeptical about purchasing it but are very glad we did as the hot water tank quit working after we took possession. We used a different agency prior to your agency. They were not very proactive and never called about progress or issues that kept the property from selling. Our experience was much better from the very beginning. Rebecca quickly identified problems with the property we needed to evaluate or resolve. She recommended what needed to be done and identified those where we would not recover our investment. She also recommended candidate companies that could perform the work. She helped us determine a fair price and worked well with the buyers agent once offers and counter offers were made. She was very professional and communicated regularly about issues and buyers. She also did some staging to make the property more appealing. We are very pleased with her knowledgeable assistance.

I totally felt comfortable with Rebecca from the moment I spoke to her on the phone from MN so when I went to AZ to chec k places out she had places all lined up to look at. She took me to numerous places and when I came back a second time she had several more places set up to look at and she always listened closely to what I was saying. She was very very helpful & knowledgeable with the type of places I was interested in. She also set up the inspection for me, contacted a furnace guy to make sure it was okay. She had to handle the closing without me but kept me in the loop the entire time. She even checked the trailer to make sure of things I was concerned about after closing. I can't say enough great things about Rebecca.
Rebecca goes above & beyond for buyers and I'm sure for sellers as well. I would be proud to recommend Rebecca Dixon to anyone.

Rebecca was immediately responsive and very helpful in our initial call. She was clearly knowledgeable on Apache Juncti on RV resorts, which was the target area of home search.
She was also extremely knowledgeable at every step of the process -- from home selection, to offer price, details of the offer itself, inspection process, and closing process. We felt very confident in the decisions we were making, based on her guidance. In addition, Rebecca was always very pleasant to work with -- upbeat and supportive throughout.
Overall, we had an excellent experience. Rebecca has been the best real estate agent we've worked with over the years. And we've bought and sold seven homes during the course of our family life.

Purchasing a property long distance and sight unseen could have spelled disaster. The process was smooth due to Rebeccaâ €™s experience, attention to details, timely responses. The photos Rebecca sent of the Park Model were professional and beyond complete. The photos of the closets and cupboards were helpful in reducing items we would transport from MN. The communication between the inspectors, buyers and seller and contractors was complete and timely due to Rebecca’s attention to detail. When I called Rebecca Dixon to show me some places for sale, she set a same day a ppointment, she took me to several homes and was very knowledgable, friendly, professional, and patient. I was given the name of two Real Estate Agents from a friend of my Mothers who lived in the park part time. She had bee n given the names from someone else. There had been no contact with either broker. I just happened to select Rebecca Dixon and Century 21 It was one of the best decisions I have ever made. And she was the best ever for me and my Moms home. I cannot say enough about her and her professionalism and her caring. She was there at every twist and turn and went above and beyond as far as me and my family are concerned. We cannot say enough about the way she handled this whole sale, from start to finish. Century 21 has a real jewel in Rebecca Dixon.
Rebecca made the sale go as smoothly as possible. There were several obstacles due to the death of my Mother and her living in another state. There were a lot of legal issues and thanks to Rebecca we were able to traverse all the twists and turns. She made it possible for me not to even feel the need to fly from Washington state to Arizona. Not once did I ever feel unsure of what she was doing on my behalf.
The best ever. I wish I could fly her to Washington and she could sell the other house here, however I am committed to another Realtor at this time. I have called several of my Mothers friends who live in Roadhaven Park n Apache Junction, Arizona. Have told them if they ever choose to sell to be sure and call Rebecca Dixon at Century21 AND if they should forget who I referred them to they are to call me and I will remind them. Rebecca has solid experience with sales and real estate deals and we value that.
Rebecca was attentive to my need of ha ving documents explained. She was available and ready to help me at all times. She attended both the 1st & 2nd walk thru. We would discuss and come to common understanding on certain build aspects. She was a team player for me as a buyer and willing to go to bat when I needed her.
