After having many different brokers, without any success, we submitted a contract on a house in Bonanza Ranch. We were s econd in line and was never given an opportunity to counter the first offer. We saw a for sale sign on another house that was pending, and I actually called the listing agent to ask why that house was pending for so long and what was the secret in being able to find a house in Arizona. I never got an answer from any of the other brokers we had worked with and just kept firing them as I found houses days before they would send me the listing and they were already pending. After Dave Veals listened to my rant, he calmly asked what we were looking for etc. He then asked if I was currently working with anyone and I told him they had all been fired. I told him we were now set on getting a home in Bonanza Ranch. David then told me he would find us a home in Bonanza Ranch and his goal was to exceed our expectations in a realtor. When I got off the phone, I told my husband we finally had the right realtor. His comment was, “we’ll see.” I have to say, we were both shocked when we got the call that he had a house for us. It was exactly what we were looking for, including the price! Our daughter, that lives in Queen Creek, met with Dave Veals to see the property.
