Deirdre was a godsend! We had a connection right off the bat and I now consider her a personal friend. She was instrum ental in navigating us to the right property. I initially provided her with a list of 18 properties to look at. Several of my favorites were taken off the market before I could get to AZ to look at them. Deirdre followed up on them, at my request, to see if it was still possible to see them. When we finally narrowed down our search location to Las Sendas or Gold Canyon, she was very patient with us. We looked at several homes 3 times. Our final selection proved difficult as the owners were Canadian and we had FIRPTA issues at closing. Deirdre was always very calm and even scheduled an appt. to look at our runner-up house again on then day of closing, in case there were too many difficulties to overcome due to cure notice repairs not having been addressed. Overall, it was an excellent experience during a very stressful time. We're very thankful we had Deirdre!

We wanted someone that was familiar with the location of our home, the current market values, and someone that would be honest, and certainly not afraid to offer suggestions to improvements that might make the home more marketable. Dierdre was that and more. She guided ( when ask) us in every aspect always allowing us to make the final decision. I felt throughout the process that she was working for us, not the buyer.
