Betty went above and beyond what we've heard and seen of other realtors in the Phoenix area and in our new location.
Betty did everything she could to get our property to sell quickly. She knows the ins and out of the business so well. When she first inspected the property she made such a complete list of things that needed to be repaired/upgraded that when the home inspector came through he had a difficult time finding things that were wrong. It definitely the final selling process so much easier when our buyer came along.

Betty Patterson helped us sell a condo in Mesa AZ in Spring 2015. She’s very knowledgeable about the local real estate market which made it a non-stress and smooth experience. Excellent Experience! I had a limited time frame to locate a house and Betty worked great with me being out of state. She selected a home that she said would fit all of mine and my families needs. It was the first house we looked at and I knew it was the one. With out her devotion to me and expertise I would have never seen this house. I highly recommend Betty Patterson.

Betty is an excellent Realtor who I have dealt with in the past she is very thorough and up to date on the marketing changes. She goes the extra mile to make sure more as a seller is happy with Betty should be commended on a job well done

Betty Patterson made the whole process understandable and easy. Its great to have an Agent that you can trust implicitly. She made sure I was kept up to date with the status at all times, and informed me when I was needed for all signings and any other issues or questions.
