He was highly recommended by others and I was not disappointed. I was extremely pleased with David's performance. He was hard-working, determined, energetic, and fun to work with. David Hoefer is a very kind, considerate, and knowledgeable agent. He treats his clients like family members and put their interests first. David Hoefer did an excellent job helping us get the house ready for sale, and then interacting with the home inspector, the lending assessor, and the prospective buyer's. He is a great communicator in terms of being honest and clear and facilitating the sale. He quickly seemed to understand what tweaks the buyer wanted and negotiated a compromise that worked out well for both sides. He was patient when with buyer's agents, and didn't have trouble saying no, when it was appropriate. I think he has a good sense of balance when helping us think through our options. He is clean cut, speaks clearly, and very professional. We will use him again.

David Hoefer worked hard at ensuring our house was ready to sell. He had our best interests always first. David was hands on for us. The one thing that stood out the most to me was how he always stayed calm and confident when my husband and I started to worry when things didn't look so good when they actually were just fine. David did an excellent job for me, AGAIN, selling my home. He got an excellent result for me in the past, so was the clear choice when I sold my current home. I got multiple full-ask offers the first weekend the house was listed, so was pleased with the result and efficiency of the process.

David was patient and not at all pushy. He waited quietly while we viewed multiple houses, giving his opinion, input and information when we asked for it, without ever trying to steer us. David worked at various times with both of our daughters and my husband and I during our prolonged house hunting and buying. He took our difficult circumstances in his stride, always responding quickly to whoever of us made the enquiries.

David Hoefer is one of the best at Century 21 Arizona Foothills. We cannot express our gratitude for how involved David was with all of our needs throughout the sale of our home. He asserted himself in all areas of the deal and at the end of the day, he negotiated us a fantastic offer. We were moving out of state and David made the entire closing process seamless for us, even from out of state. We can't thank you enough, David!
