Kathy Butts had excellent knowledge of the housing market and selling process. She gave us great advice through the entire process and helped us navigate the various forms we had to fill out. She also had excellent resources for problems that had to be resolved for the home sale. We were out of town and Kathy coordinated many things in our absence as if it were her own home. I would highly recommend Kathy because of her knowledge, great service, and the manner in which she cares for her clients.
