Dave was very knowledgeable of the area where our Building lot was located and even though I felt it may take a year or longer, Dave did get it sold at a price that we felt was fair and a lot sooner than expected. I would recommend Dave to anyone that had any real estate needs. Ron And Nanci P

Dave put the townhouse up for sale on Friday and had a offer on Monday. The property sold for $10,000 over appraised value. It even closed early. Very good experience.
