We first worked with Jessica 3 years ago when she helped us find a rental home upon our relocation to Phoenix from overseas. We did'nt know our way around very well and she was instrumental in selecting a neighborhood close to the office. We have remained in contact with Jessica ove the years and naturally wanted to work with her again. Since this home was going to be ours, we challenged Jessica's knowledge and patience over an extended search period. She was THERE everytime we needed her with a smile. We will most certainly contact Jessica when the time comes to sell this one and purchase again.

Jessica, goes above and beyond her duties. I have already referred her to my friends. I will use Century 21 again, when time is needed, but only through, Jessica! She sold my house in less than 24 hours!!!

Jessica Kreuser was referred to me by a coworker quite a few years ago as I was considering retiring to Arizona. Over the years, Jessica has been incredible! Always able to fit me in her schedule when I was visiting. Some trips to Arizona were planned, others were impromptu but she always found a way to help me in my search for the perfect home. She’s always kept me updated with listings I’d be interested in and always had great places to show me when in Arizona. Being from Michigan, my area knowledge was limited and Jessica has great area knowledge and was able to show me various areas of Arizona that I wouldn’t have otherwise known about. She also was able to answer any question I had and I had plenty! Thanks to her dedication and knowledge, I’ve found the perfect home that checks all of the boxes! I always thought I would have to compromise on one thing or the other but this place has everything I wanted and even some things I didn’t realize I wanted! Jessica Kreuser is hands down the best real estate agent I've had in my 23 years of buying and selling real-estate. Jessica has incredible local knowledge (down to the street my property is on), fights for her client and is completely trustworthy. Jessica is also a natural negotiator and exceeded my expectations multiple times during the sale. I can't recommend Jessica highly enough.

Jessica was absolutely amazing to work with and very communicative through the entire process. I love working with her and already referred Jessica to a friend that also needed to sell a house and she's also really loved working with Jessica. We were definitely not the easiest customers but Jessica was very cool, calm and professional throughout the entire process. Selling/buying a home in the current market is incredibly stressful and Jessica was very empathetic and understanding and did everything in her power to help us. We are now living in our dream home and couldn't be happier.
