Through the whole process of the home choosing, financing, and closing on a house for my family can be very stressful and challenging but with Susan and everyone else involved it made it feel like it was meant to happen, smoothly, and quick! My husband and I first met Susan four years ago when we listed our home with her and then changed our minds about selling after the first day. Susan handled the situation professionally and gracefully and showed us complete understanding. We knew then when we were ready to sell we wouldn't work with anyone except Susan. In our sale there were many unusual complexities encountered, and Susan navigated all of them successfully and with complete professionalism. Susan always kept both my husband and me well informed, and this made a huge difference for us. Susan has great listening skills. She would allow us to interrupt and she stopped to listen and then formulated a response once she understood our concerns. We always felt like Susan was keeping us as her primary concern. Another transaction successful done by Susan Shreve, this time I have bought a four-flex in Mesa Arizona. After sold my house in Mesa, I asked Susan to look for a four-flex and in a short time we found one. The transaction went almost smooth; there were problems with the seller side when Susan tried to negotiate but, she managed to overcome and the transaction closes last Monday July 10, 2017 with $8,000 lower than the asking price. Susan was an amazing person to work with. I was selling my father's house after he passed and Susan went beyond expectations to make the entire process as smooth as possible. She was empathetic and caring and treated me like family. She was always available for any of my questions. Her advice was always well thought out and timely. She is a consummate professional.
