Elizabeth is a master in her field. She set proper expectations from the beginning. Her market knowledge and experience were evident in her property analysis and subsequent recommendations. She was data driven and personable, exactly what you need when discussing such an important transaction. On a personal note, as an investor and National Mortgage Banker I work with many RE agents on a daily basis and Elizabeth stands out as one of the best. Elizabeth Lovesy went over and beyond during our transaction. Her knowledge of the market and her patience was greatly appreciated. We sold and bought a house within days of each other. When lenders and others told us it couldn't be done, Elizabeth did everything in her power to ensure a smooth experience. We not only closed early we had no last minute surprises. Elizabeth has an approach and demeanor that can't be duplicated easily. Century 21 is lucky to have her represent them.

Elizabeth Lovesy helped us purchase our home when we first moved to Phoenix, and she made the entire experience absolutely amazing. She was so helpful with the purchase and helped us get comfortable in a new city. When we decided to sell this property there was no question in our minds about who we were going to use. She really is the best. She’s fast, friendly, and works so hard to ensure everything that you wish for happens. We’re moving to another state rather quickly and needed our home on the market and sold ASAP. She sold our house in 24 hours with an offer above asking and had everything closed within 30 days.
