Michelle filed offers and questions through weekends and at night. Communication was fantastic. Very trustworthy and great advice. Could not be more pleased with Michelle's performance. She did a great job with staging, marketing, pricing, and fielding offers. She also made sure to line up multiple back-up offers, which turned out to be critical when the first buyer cancelled. And of course she was always a pleasure to deal with. Absolute highest recommendation.

Michelle Blythe was the realtor for my fiancé and I. She is hands down the best realtor and we will definitely be using her in the future. Michelle is very organized and trustworthy. She went above and beyond when helping us search for our house. She listens well and will always do her best to get you want you want in a house. There were times when we sent Michelle a house and she was able to get a time to tour it that day. My fiancé and I are very fortunate to have worked with such an amazing realtor for our first home. I was aware of Michelle's record in selling homes. Michelle did an excellent job and was very dedicated in selling my home. She kept me informed through the whole process in preparing the proper documents necessary in selling my home. She was an excellent and very nice person to work with I could not asked for a better sales person. Michelle performance was highly above excellent to superior.
