As an out of state client who was only there for the search process Jim Balko was incredibly helpful with handling basically everything that needed to be done. From being there for the inspection, checking on upgrades, final walk through, etc. Jim Balko kept me apprised every step of the way what was going on with emails/texts/pictures to help with the process.

Jim, thank you for all you did helping Filomena and I with everything, you did such a great job with looking and doing all the necessary work needed to achieve our wants and needs, I know I was probably a pain at times, but you did your best to help me with everything and made me lean on you even more. You are a great person to talk with and we connected on and talked about a number of things, we can't thank you enough, we appreciate everything you did for us, and it will not ever be forgotten. To top it off you sold our property so fast it made our heads spin. You are worth more than the 10% you got. We hope we can meet face to face soon so we can properly thank you.
