We decided to sell our lot in the Pine Oaks development in Show Low, AZ. A realtor friend of ours in Litchfield Park recommended Dave. The process from start to finish was first rate. Dave is easy to work with and helped us come to a fair asking price for our lot. We weren't expecting it to sell quickly but, much to our delight, it did.
