Jennifer Beveridge does her research making her acutely aware and knowledgable of the local market. She is professional, and personable. Jennifer loves her job and it shows in her work. Lines of communication were open throughout the entire process, start to finish. She was very available and always returned a call or text in a very timely manner. A delight to work with! She was our on line coach, explaining and encouraging us in each step (how and what to fix up, appliances, plumbing, electrical, yard work, painting) and how very doable this was! In this age of lacking customer service, we have found Nanci Benefiel to be exceptional in both of the transactions we have experienced with her. She was immediately responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Her initial performance in the purchasing of the house is what drew us to return to her for the selling of it. I would recommend Nanci as a realtor in a heart beat. She always made sure she was available when we were in town to house shop. She was very patient with us when we didn’t find the perfect home right away and when we changed our mind about location and timing. When we went back to Washington state she stayed in contact from time to time. I never felt like she pushed too much. Because if that fact, it was easy to develop a friendship with Nanci. We definitely felt we needed to be loyal to her. She spent a lot of time with us. We are grateful for her services !
