Kumiko Tanaka-Rosier was recommended to us by a former broker who had helped us rent our property. We were extremely pleased with every aspect of her work on our behalf. Kumiko Tanaka-Rosier went above and beyond in keeping us informed and helping us get the property ready for sale. We live in New Hampshire, so we relied heavily on her to help us assess what needed to be done, and then helping us find the contractors that we needed. Throughout the process she was in frequent contact, guiding us through the adjustments and paperwork that had to be made. We felt she was very supportive and explained things clearly as our sale preceded. We would give her our highest recommendation. When the inspection turned up some unforeseen problems Kumiko Tanaka-Rosier helped us resolve the problems quickly. We were initially concerned about completing this sale from New Hampshire, but we found Kumiko Tanaka-Rosier to be an amazing agent representing our interests. She was able to help us determine the improvements that needed to be made prior to the sale, as well as connecting us with the individuals who could make these improvements in a timely manner. She kept up regular and informative contact, making us feel confident that things couldn't have gone any better had we been there. Kumiko was in constant communication, keeping us well informed throughout the process. She made it clear what we needed to do to ensure a quick sale of our property at a solid price. Komiko was very patient while we navigated a complex home inspection process. She was great at suggesting strategies to solve unexpected problems. She promptly informed us at every of step of the selling process. Her knowledge of the neighborhood was invaluable in selling a rural property.
