When we started looking for our dream house, we were totally unaware of the process of buying the house. Jim Balko not only helped us in finding our new house but also helped us sail smoothly through the whole process. On each step,be it the inspection or appraisal,he was always there. He helped us understand each and every findings in inspection. He was always available to answer all our queries and doubts throughout the process. He is so approachable we used to message him in wee hours too. Without his help and support we would have lost in the process. He did excellent negotiations on price as well as inspection findings. He helped us understand so many new terminologies as we were first time home buyers. He found lenders who could help us to find best interest rate. He was so patient with us throughout the process. Even after closing , he continued helping us with fixtures, electric stuff ( being expert electrician himself he understands circuits in house very well). He showed us how stuff works around and is still helping us with nitty gritty stuff. My wife and I were so fortunate to have found Jim. As our Realtor, he helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. He was patient as we traveled from home to Home over several weeks and forewarned us about making unreasonable offers for the home in mind, knowing the comps in the surrounding neighborhoods.
