My wife and I wish Jim was licensed in every state for future moves because this was the most painless transaction ever. We didn't think buying a home could be this easy. My stress level gets higher trying to figure out what to eat for dinner than it was with this transaction. He's very knowledgable about all aspects of homes which was great. Coming from the Midwest, things are built different in Arizona and things were unfamiliar to us. Jim has the technical knowledge to explain those things and also has an eye for design and helping you see what the home could be, because in our case we would be doing some extensive remodeling. Super honest, professional, and personable. I'm surprised he doesn't train realtors across the country because he's got it down.
