Lucia made a great first impression on the phone. I selected her over another agent because she has the right personality to be an efficient real estate agent. She has great work ethics, ALWAYS answered my calls, followed up and kept me updated. As a great communicator and negotiator, Lucia won me a bid on the first house! I would highly recommend Lucia for all my friends and coworkers.

Lucia was great. She was involved in the whole process from start to finish. She answered any questions and was able to calmly and professionally fix any issues that came up.
The process was quick and actually fun with Lucia. She is the one who made it that way.
She was available anytime we had a question. Sometimes even late at night. Every question was answered and she had a calming effect on the more nervous members of our group.

Lucia Escobedo Ruiz, pointed out very important negotiating factors during the process of buying my new home. During the inspection process her attention to detail was crucial and much appreciated. She pointed out items that only she knew were important and essential based on her experience and knowledge as a realtor.
I feel Century 21 Arizona Foothills does a great job in satisfying their clientele. I would recommend Lucia Escobedo Ruiz she is truly one of the best!
Looking at so many homes is challenging. My realtor, Lucia Escobedo Ruiz, did not waiver and offered her knowledge and expertise to find me the right home. For that, I truly appreciate all her efforts. Thank you!
