Jennifer Beveridge does her research making her acutely aware and knowledgable of the local market. She is professional, and personable. Jennifer loves her job and it shows in her work. Lines of communication were open throughout the entire process, start to finish. She was very available and always returned a call or text in a very timely manner. A delight to work with! She was our on line coach, explaining and encouraging us in each step (how and what to fix up, appliances, plumbing, electrical, yard work, painting) and how very doable this was!
