Kris Macias was very professional and communication was extremely excellent especially me being in New York buying my home in Arizona. She negotiated the price to my liking , she made time for my brothers to view the house. She made sure the inspector came twice because the previous owner still had things around so Kris made sure I get my money worth. The paperwork she explained very well so I knew what I was signing. She is very trustworthy & still helpful after purchasing my home. She made me feel like a friend instead of a sell. She is always on time to the appointments she sets up for you and very knowledgeable of her work! This was my first home purchase I was so nervous and she made it look like a walk in the park I would definitely recommend anyone reading this to have Kris on your side when buying a home , you will not get robbed and she on your team so everything you want and concerns she will meet 100%

Kris was so helpful and made the process of selling our house as smoothly as it could've been. We didn't have the best buyers/buyer's agent, and if our road to selling was difficult, it was on their end. She advocated and fought for us to make sure the sale went through fairly. She understood the importance of this sale for our family. Kris made sure that we made the necessary steps to selling our home in a timely manner and that we understood the process. She even went above and beyond maintaining our home while we moved across the country. We've enjoyed working with Kris. She's committed, loyal, and honest with her clients. An excellent communicator! This is the 5th or 6th deal I worked with Kris and each deal has been excellent. Kris is very knowledgeable, she's very experienced in the field and she knows her stuff. She provides you with great advice when you ask her and she gets the job done. Kris communicates well during the selling process, she works with a sense of urgency and is great with the details of the sale. Kris is different, she's much more than the average realtor. It has been such a pleasure to have found Elizabeth Lovesy to help us through the entire process of finding the perfect home. Since we were out of state residents, it was very important for us to have someone that was above all, trustworthy. Elizabeth went beyond what any other agent has done for us and was very patient in helping us. She always answered my endless emails questions promptly and specifically.
