Elizabeth took the time to understand our property, and performed the sharpest analysis of any of the realtors that we interviewed, which I am confident helped us acheive a satisfactory sale price during a sluggish market. Elizabeth is a master of her craft and takes her duties very seriously. We had been working with another agent previously to our peril but everything fell into place with Elizabeth's help. I doubt anyone is better versed in the ins and outs of the real estate and all adjacent fields. She held our hand to the extent we needed it (a lot) and was so accessible, provided exceptional referrals for critical services, troubleshot issues with ease. Couldn't recommend anyone higher!
