As first time home-buyer's we were really unsure about the process of finding help to even simply see homes. After contacting several agents through Zillow who felt pushy to make sales happen and less attuned to our needs, we found Ana Logan through the Navy Federal Realty Plus program. She had amazing reviews and even after just one phone call my husband and I both understood why! Ana made us feel so taken care of with her flexibility, understanding, and drive to make sure we truly ended up in the right home for our family.
Ana was kind, professional, and courteous, but never afraid to be honest with us OR the builders we met with. She couldn't have made the process any clearer or easier for us - to the point that we've simply started calling her mom! We genuinely have only the best things to say about her and have already recommended her highly to local friends who may be in the market soon.
It was clear that Ana's client's are truly and genuinely her top priority. Other agents would be lucky to learn from her. Again, we genuinely can't find a single thing not to love about her and the help, ease, and confidence she provided us in such a huge milestone in our life!
Ana helped us find agency in negotiating with builders in a way we didn't know was an option. Among many other details, Ana was able to negotiate a wave of an added lot premium for our DREAM yard AND worked appliances into our deal.
