Susan helped me sell my dad's house after he unexpectedly passed away in 2025. She was so kind and empathetic about my situation, and very patient as it took us months to empty the house before it was listed. But from the start she worked hard to get us the right resources and information. She was incredibly helpful during the selling process and gave great suggestions on price. She made the process pretty easy!

Donna came to our rescue when we needed someone who could listen and understand our situation. She always took the time to speak with us and encourage us to keep pursuing the sale of our home. We had years of let downs from previous sales, but she rose to the occasion in every aspect of selling our home. She was always looking out for our best interest. We are so thankful for her and all the work she put into this, she deserves a raise! We've met several real estate agents over the years and she is by far the most trustworthy, hardworking, and exceptional agents we've had. Al Huizar was recommended to me by my best friend when I first moved to Arizona. When I was ready to sell I contacted him again and I couldn't be happier! Al is knowledgeable, professional and courteous every step of the way and works to protect your interests. Communication is important to me so working with Al was definitely the best choice as he always kept me up to speed throughout the entire process. Al is easy to talk to and fully understands what you want and don't want. He never tries to influence you to make decisions you may not be interested in. He truly listens to what you say. He puts his all into satisfying the client and I know I can fully trust him. If I ever had a real estate decision to make again...Al Huizar will be the first person I call. Al was on top of everything.....when we realized we had a good buyer...Al kept in constant touch with me and the buyer.....and in less than 5 days I signed a contract. From the start I was very nervous about the whole process.....Al was great...kept me calm and focused. Al did everything right....not one complaint about him.

I selected David Hoefer because he use to work for my company and the President and Vice President highly recommended him. And I am glad I lisrened. He is a Terrific Guy! I have had a few other realtors in my life but David put all of them to shame. And one of them was the president of Phoenix Association of Realtors. I think David Hoefer should be President instead. He's an awesome agent. He really goes above and beyond. I Will recommend and Century 21 Arizona Foothills to all of my co-workers, friends and family for sure! Thank you so much David! He was highly recommended by others and I was not disappointed. I was extremely pleased with David's performance. He was hard-working, determined, energetic, and fun to work with.
