David Hoefer stands head and shoulders above other agents in every way. He is articulate, a great negotiator and works well with other agents. David thinks outside the box to come up with solutions to ensure our sale went through. We were moving out of state and he coordinated the closing date with our move date.

David was excellent. He is the model example of what is needed in today's multimedia communications environment. He is a tireless worker with knowledge and command of the area and specifics of home options based on user preference. He is a great communicator and was always responsive, and with a friendly and positive attitude.
We were in a relocation situation and David was always willing to accomodate our needs. We recommend David with high confidence of satisfying any seller or buyer's needs.

It was a pleasure working with David! In my prolonged home search; David was extremely helpful, resourceful and extremely patient with me as a first time homebuyer. I believe that he was always looking out for my best interest as a buyer, and also believe I gained a new friend in the process.
Thank you David!

Dave was a great realtor to work with. He was like working with a friend. Totally knowledgeable with every aspect of selling our home. Very patient with us due to our small amount of tech knowledge. We don't really plan on moving again but we will definitely recommend Dave to our friends and family.

Working with David was honestly the best real estate experience I’ve ever had—and I’ve bought enough houses to know the difference between a good agent and someone who just knows how to unlock doors. He went above and beyond every step of the way, kept me informed, kept me sane, and somehow even made the stressful parts feel manageable (which should earn him a medal, honestly). His communication was flawless, his advice was spot-on, and his patience deserves its own award. I would absolutely use him again in a heartbeat and recommend him to anyone—friends, family, strangers, even people I only tolerate a little. If you want an agent who actually cares and doesn’t disappear after the first signature, he’s your guy.

We recently had the pleasure of working with David Hoefer during the purchase of our new home, and we cannot recommend his services highly enough. He was knowledgeable about the local market and was invested in helping us find the perfect home. David was proactive and attentive. His insights and advice were invaluable. He kept us informed every step of the way, answering all our questions promptly and clearly. His negotiation skills were also very helpful, ensuring we got the best deal possible. His support made the entire home buying process much smoother. David is a dedicated and professional realtor who will go above and beyond for his clients.
