I saw another property that had a sign with Connie's name. When I contacted her she let me know it had been sold. After speaking with her I set up an appoinment to meet with her. From that moment on I had the upmost trust with her as my agent. She took the time (a lot of time) to find out what I really wanted. She showed me homes for sale that met my criteria...never pushed anything else on me. She always kept in contact with me...emails, texts, phone calls and meeting in person. If I had a question, and she didn't have the answer, she followed up and let me know...right away.
Connie is very precise in what she does...always thorough. She made sure all the time sensitive items were dealt with. Always kept me informed. She always pointed out pros and cons, and referred me to websites or reading material that would help me in making well informed decisions.

Connie knowledge and professionalism is wonderful and shes very attentive to her clients needs and concerns. It was clear after we first met Connie and listened to her sale approach, that she knew her business and how to handle our purchase/sale. Not once, did my wife or I worry about any aspect of our transactions with Connie. She handled everything great! I /we would reccomend Connie to anyone. Plus, besides being a great real estate agent , shes a really nice, friendly person who truly has her clients best interests at heart.

Connie was amazing, I couldn't have asked for better performance. She was flexible working with us on our home purchase while we were still physically in Virginia. And worked quickly on paperwork, offer submissions, walkthroughs of property, etc. to meet our needs.

Our experience with Connie has been wonderful. We competed for a home that had over 20 other offers, and we won. We’re in this house because Connie was knowledgeable about making a competitive offer, detail-oriented in its execution, and communicative in the latter stages.
Additionally, Connie had the balance of virtues I would hope to find in a real estate agent. She was very kind and personable, but she was also extremely professional and fought on our behalf in the deal. She was diligent and communicative, but she didn’t suffocate us or make us feel pressured. We were completely satisfied with Connie and Century 21, and we’ll be sure to recommend her to other potential homebuyers in the future.

We bought the house, with Connie's help after seeing it on web video and pictures. We have never been there, as yet, but our daughter has. Connie communicated well with the sellers agent when I had questions. She also provided good local information. IE. utilities, cable, fire protection and so on. She is very pleasant to converse with and grasps issues quickly.
