Diana Bay presented herself in a very professional manner. Her communication skills were very effective and made us feel comfortable in doing business with her. She was always available for questions in a timely manner. She has a very pleasant sense of humor which made us more at ease. Diana worked very hard in the short time frame we had available. Diana is stellar. We were constantly impressed by her. She is a very hard worker, pays attention to detail, and excels in her role. She is friendly and professional. We cannot say enough good things about her. Diana went out of her way to help us feel comfortable, confident, and accommodated. This is our second house with Diana. We trust her because she gives us her honest opinion. She brings up any concerns she has with the properties that we looked at with her.
