Evelyn Grant was my first realtor in 2006, she was just new to the business but she was always very strategic, accessible, patient, wise, detail oriented, articulate, and responsive. I was such a nervous buyer but she was so confident with her recommendations, I trusted her advice. I never felt like she was there to just make a commission, instead she genuinely cared about my best interest. Well, 9 years later I googled her name and was relieved to see she was still in the business and she remembered me and my family! Wow! She probably deals with a lot of clients at any given moment, but she always makes you feel like you are her only client. It's an art! She is amazing at what she does.

Evelyn was a high asset in finding a home in Tempe. I was from out of state so I had to rely on her expert knowledge of the area. She was very good to work with and will do so again.

I’ve never had a real estate transaction go more smoothly than this particular one. She made the entire process so smooth and easy that I had absolutely no worries whatsoever. I would use her most definitely in the future. I really don’t think I will ever use anybody but her.
