Jody Phister made her listings website accessible to us in searching for the right house. She also suggested websites we could use to acquire the demographics on the different areas within the city. She recommended other people to assist us with other services we needed to make the transition easier, and they all appeared to be professional and trustworthy. There was nothing negative in our experience with Jody. She is wonderful.

I would absolutely recommend Jody Phister to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a house. She helped me search for and buy a house in 2009, and then I asked her to help me sell it in 2017 as we were moving out of state. Fantastic buying experience in 2009, and wonderful selling experience in 2017. Jody hasn't wavered in her level of commitment, energy, sincerity, professionalism, and just plain awesomeness. She is extremely knowledgeable, personable, flexible, patient, great at explaining things to those who are new to the buying or selling process, and a wonderful advocate for helping ensure the best situation possible. Jody is genuine and thorough, actively listens to understand what is important to us. She looks out for us as if we are family. My only regret is that we can't take Jody with us to help us buy our next house in the Midwest.

Jody helped us find our dream home, and we couldn't be more grateful for her expertise, dedication, and support throughout the entire process. That home helped prepare us for this next chapter, and when it came time to find our first single-family home, there was no question who we would call.
