John Oliver was not only helpful, he navigated details that could have gotten the sale hung up with speed and finesse. He was helpful, responsive, great with the marketing and he knew how to price the property correctly so it wasn't hung up for months as it headed into the summer months. He was fantastic to work with. He is honest and helpful and went over and above any expectations I could have had. I'm so grateful to have had John as my lead relator, and I cannot express how grateful I am that he was able to help us get the property sold without significant extra work on my end. John Oliver is a rock star. I've seen a couple of other deals he has worked on with a friend and colleague of mine and was very impressed with his work at that time as well, but he took over the sale of our property and we immediately had buyers and details were all smooth that were within our ability on the seller's end. His common sense knowledge of what was realistic to be expected and negotiating skills saved us a significant amount of extra cash at the end as well. We again are thrilled with the work John Oliver has done for us. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest relator who is good at the details and makes the process as easy as possible. I always felt he was looking out for my best interest in the process.

John Oliver was the best realtor I have ever dealt with and I have bought and sold numerous houses in multiple states. His professionalism, knowledge of the area,work ethic and easy going attitude made this as stress free as you can get selling your home. He was patient and explained everything to me. He listened to my concerns. Most of all he is trustworthy and honorable. I would recommend him to anybody looking to buy or sell in Phoenix.

John has assisted us with buying and selling all of our properties. We love working with him. He's very knowledgeable about the market and a great guide in navigating the real estate process. Recently, he assisted us in getting top dollar for our property in Sunnyslope! At one point, before listing, he suggested with raise the price based upon a recent sale in the area. We followed his guidance and got a full price offer which closed within 30 days!

John is absolutely thorough and an advocate for us during our real estate search and purchase journey. John has most certainly earned our trust with his professionalism and dogged determination.
