Why Work With Us?
Here's what our satisfied customers are saying about us:
Kathy Nolte was outstanding from our first conversation. Like most people, I am not familiar with the ins and outs of real estate, and really benefited from her patient, thorough professionalism. I can't thank her enough for her hard work and expertise.
I was attempting to manage the disposition of the property in my parent's estate from 1500 miles distance (Spokane, Wa.). Without Kathy's understanding and willingness to make the critical extra effort, my situation would still be unresolved. She was excellent in all respects.
I felt I had someone in my corner from the beginning. My questions and concerns were thoroughly addressed, and I can't imagine a better experience. I would without reservation recommend Kathy Nolte to anyone in need of a broker who is a master of both the technical and practical aspects of their field.

Kathy was a strong communicator, and kept us in the loop every step of the way. She even came out to show us houses when she had family coming to visit due to our complicated schedules of availability. She's the best!
