We found Lucia via a Google search around the town where we sold our home. What a fortunate turn of events to find such a fantastic realtor with a simple roll of the dice. Lucia is more than just trustworthy, she works above and beyond to make the sale work. She provided us with everything we needed before and after the sale. She found us contractors, provided guidance on how much to update and invest into the property. She was there to fix things when things went awry. What makes Lucia the best is her ability to relate to her clients, making them feel special. Why do they feel that way? Because Lucia treats them that way. Buyers and Sellers feel that she is on their side and fighting for them. That's an amazing talent. We would trust Lucia with every aspect of a sale. Lucia was very flexible to my schedule which was very important. I had many requirements with a small budget and Lucia was very patient with me. We seen a lot of properties sometimes the same one twice a day, and always was happy to do so. She was great and would recommend her.
