Lynn Carlton was very very professional at what she did I would highly recommend her to all my friends and family that are trying to get a house as this was our first house to buy me and my family are very pleased with her professional way dealing with situations I couldn't ask for a better realtor every time I had questions or problems she was super fast on emails and calling me letting me know what to do as a first-time home buyer she made me feel like I've done this thousands of times that's how easy she made this process me and my family couldn't thank them enough but surprise her on her professional way of dealing with things

I feel very lucky that when I called from a yard sign, I met Lynn Carlton. She was very helpful in finding me a rental when I first moved to the area. When I was ready to buy I was confident I would have a great experience with Lynn which involved many months of her hard work that really paid off for me. I found the perfect home at a great price. It was a pleasure working with such an experienced professional, as well as, such a wonderful person. Lynn is a pillar of professionalism! She is authentic and not typical. She truly listened to all my needs & desires thus guiding me thru the selling process with patience, understanding & wisdom. I had horse property and Lynn dug in to get additional exposure in the horse community in various sales and marketing aspects in both print media, internet/social media.
