I've purchased dozens of homes in my life and she was the best. Planning on her listing our next house next week! Also, she gave me the names of everyone I needed to contact to get cleaning, duct work, carpet cleaning, tile cleaning, window and power washing done. Everyone of them knew her and spoke highly of her. This deal turned very quickly... and she has an appropriate sense of humor!
