Never did I think we could get an offer on the very first day we listed our house for sale, let alone one well over asking price. Sue Kutner-Overton did an immense amount of market research prior to listing our house and you could tell she did her homework to land us a stellar offer that quickly sold our home. Even in these crazy times, she was fast, diligent, knowledgeable and always on top of documents and requests. If she hadn’t also sold us our forever home we would utilize her services again and again!

Sue was amazing to work with, she answered questions quickly and was extremely knowledgeable. Communication was perfect. Exemplary turn around from question to answer. The sale of my fathers estate was hard and Sue made everything easy. She was an absolute joy to work with and we will absolutely recommend her to friends and relatives in the Phoenix area!

Sue Kutner-Overton was a tireless advocate for my sister and I to get our Mom's house on the market and sold. First time home buyer and Sue made the entire experience less stressful and extremely transparent, there were no questions she couldn't answer or have an answer to same day. I would 110% recommend to anyone, she's professional but makes you feel like you have been friends for years, easy to work with and gives all information needed when going through each step, her experience in the field shows and it eases the process.

Sue Kutcher-Overton was a Godsend for Tawnee and me. We never would have made it through the buying process without Sue. Because we were remote, Sue took us by the hand and lead us to the purchase of our wonderful new home in AZ. She communicated and guided us through every step of the buying process.
