When I first met Thomas, he promised to always answer my calls and be upfront with me. He did just that and more. I never had wait to go look at a home. He never acted like I was wasting his time. He told me exactly what was going on and explained things for me in a way I can understand, even if I forgot and had to ask him again. He was really determined to find me a home that me and my family will love. HE DID. Not only did he find me a home, but it was beyond my expectations (I'm serious, no joke). Thomas has a good heart and very respectful. I am already telling my friends and family to go to Thomas if they are interested in buying or renting a home.

Thomas was an excellent realtor. He was patient, understanding of our wants and needs in our first home, and was always willing to continue to look at additional homes until we found the right one. During the purchase he was very open with us regarding timelines and how the process works and what to expect. I would strongly recommend Thomas to anyone looking to purchase a home.

Thomas Sanchez came highly recommended, with great references from a family member, this was definitely a huge factor in selecting him as our broker. The moment we met him we knew he was our guy, he is very hands on and very dedicated. I don't know how he does it, but he always makes himself available when you need him. He was aggresive when it came to negotiating, which as first time home buyers was definitely what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first or forever home.

This is the second time we have used Tom Sanchez for purchasing/selling our home. He is always a fantastic realtor. He is very polite and knowledgeable in all aspect of realty. He does an amazing job of understanding our needs as buyers and stops at nothing to ensure we are satisfied and happy with the choices of homes we decide to look at/purchase. As far as selling our home, he was nothing less than top notch. He met with my wife and I before hand and discussed all the steps that are to be taken when selling our home, what we can expect during all levels of the process, and also very intelligent when it comes to monetary estimates of selling. He had great recommendations for who to go to when it came to any repairs that were requested by our buyers, and was extremely thorough with communication between us and our potential buyers. Mr. Thomas Sanchez went above and beyond helping me with the sale of this property. I was out of state often and he handled several repairmen and inspectors for me. He was always available and took the time to check on my vacant home numerous times. He was truly the best realtor I have ever dealt with!

Tom went above and beyond for me and my wife. The buyer was 2 weeks late to closing and without tom the process would have been much longer. His hard work and communication ensured that we closed as soon as possible. We would recommend tom to anyone buying a home.
