Wendi was an amazing realtor! We found her on a cold call and what a gem! She was super professional and went above and beyond at all times. She always answered her phone, no matter what time (during reasonable work hours) and she promptly returned all our emails and texts. She was always smiling and positive and she was very knowledgeable about our sale. She always provided timely solutions for any issues that arose, and efficiently helped facilitate the paperwork process. After the sale went through, she stopped by with a lovely basket of goodies to welcome us into our new home. What a nice touch! We would highly recommend her services to everyone. Wendi did a remarkable job as our realtor. We had a bad experience with a previous realtor and ended up bumping into her at an open house. She immediately gave off good vibes. She's patient, communicates promptly, and did an excellent job closing a fairly complex deal with the seller. If I decide to move again she will be my first contact!
