We have medically complex children and unique needs when purchasing a home. She listened and worked very hard to meet these requirements. We never felt like any home we looked at with her was a waste of time. She also knew budget was a huge thing for us and made sure to only find homes within that range. There was always great communication and she kept us in the loop of what was going on as well explained all the questions we had.

Kris worked non stop to make sure I found exactly the house I was looking for. She was also very knowledgeable and smart about the best way to put in an offer on a house that we knew wouldn’t be on the market long. She is a great realtor that I would recommend to everyone.

She was truly amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and really cared about us and making sure we got our forever home no matter how long it took. We did a quick phone call ahead of my house hunting trip. I also called several other realtors. I felt Kris was a great fit compared to the others. Kris was awesome!

Amazing!! I couldn't ask for someone better to help with our move. We moved here from California and kris was in contact with our broker in California selling our home and they both Communicated amazingly to make this move as painless as possible. Very knowledgeable about the area. Helping us close the deal and get what we want. Great at answering any and all of our questions and explaining them very thorough. A total go getter. Like I previously mentioned in the comments above, she an awesome agent and person. Very personable, professional, and approachable (easy to talk to). She knows what she’s talking about and ain’t afraid to break things down for her clients. She’s definitely the right fit for this type of career and you can tell because she’s very proud helping her clients achieve their goals into home ownership.
