Nanci was the most amazing/first realtor I’ve worked with. She really set the tone for any other realtors I work with as she was very attentive, followed up constantly throughout the whole process, and was very committed to helping me sell as quickly as possible for a good price. She was very understanding of the urgency and from the time the house was listed to when we closed, the whole process only took a month! Nanci is most amazing and if I had more properties in the area, she would be the first person I contact!

I had used Nanci in the past when buying the property on Sacaton. She worked very well with my mom, Patricia, who purchased the property. Nanci listened and understood the situation with Patricia. She was very kind and patient with my mom. Nanci would walk her through how to sign the Documents on line. She helped ease Patricia's mind in buying a house for the first time on her own. Nanci followed up with my mom several times; she even came to visit my mom after she was settled in to her new home.
It only made sense for me to use Nanci again when it was time to sell Sacaton. My mom was uncertain as to why she needed to sell so when she knew Nanci would be her realtor she was comfortable about it.
Nanci helped price the house and kept me informed about the comps and other homes in the area. She marketed the house as best she could. Summers not the best time to sell a house in Phoenix but Nanci followed up on every prospective buyer. She sold it at a price we were comfortable with.

Nanci went above and beyond to get this sale accomplished. There were so many factors that had to be navigated every step of the way. One step forward, two steps back. However, she found out what needed to be done and informed us. She kept her cool and humor! I would recommend her to anyone!
