Terry Bond was above and beyond what I expected a realtor to be. She found a lot of very nice homes for us to walk through until we found the perfect home for us. Even though it ended up being a new build, her quality of work stayed the same. I would recommend her to any first-time home buyer because she was very good at explaining the entire home buying process and walked us through every step of the process. Terry offered me several options which was extremely helpful because I didn't know what I wanted initially. I would recommend Terry Bond to others looking in the Phoenix area. She is a patient and steady realtor! Terry has a knowledgeable understanding of the buying and selling process as well as "reading" others involved and what their motivations might be.

Terry was a great agent. She went above and beyond what we expected. She gave us information for about a year before our move on the market. We found out about her from a friend of a friend. Terry helped in every area . She went over all paper work and answered questions we had. She made copies of things for us as our computer and printer were in storage. She made sure all people involved inspector, builder, lender, builder supervisor, selling agent, etc. all copied her on correspondence. She attended and gave input with walk throughs and inspections even though we are quite some distance from Terry and her office. Great staff. We had some contact with staff and they did follow up. Her attention to detail and follow up were something we have never seen in other agents from other companies we have dealt with in the past!
