Wendi Blair is so great to work with! We bought our house from out of state so it was a lot of texting, phone calls, video chats, emails, and a single whirlwind trip to see homes, but Wendi helped us out through it all and we're so excited to move into our new home. She was a sharp negotiator too, and we got a great deal on a really amazing house. If we ever sell it, we'll definitely be calling her back for that! Thanks Wendi!

She didn’t just help me sell a house—she helped me navigate the grief of saying goodbye to a home I deeply loved. Wendy made the entire process feel seamless. She was honest, open, thoughtful, and incredibly hands-on. Wendi was an absolutely exceptional realtor! I was blown away by how attentive she was to our needs and how genuinely invested she was in making this experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. She went above and beyond in ways that constantly surprised me. From having cold drinks waiting in a cooler on moving day to being ready and willing to help with anything we needed, she made us feel so cared for every step of the way. One example that really stood out was when the inspector identified a cracked roof tile. Wendi immediately found and coordinated a roofer to take care of it without adding one more thing to my plate while I was frantically trying to get everything packed and ready to move. She anticipated our needs, took initiative, and handled things before we even had to ask. We’ve bought and sold eight homes, so we have plenty of experience working with realtors, and I can honestly say this was our BEST experience by far. Wendi is truly top-notch!
