Connie Steinbach was referred to us by my broker. I am also an agent with Century 21 however not a member of the PAAR multiple listing service. Connie contacted me the same day and asked great questions about our wants and needs. Connie Steinbach is superb at attention to detail; she has excellent communication skills. She negotiated a better deal in our favor. Connie went above and beyond to get our offer accepted, even working on her planned vacation. Connie Steinbach gets a 5 Star Plus rating in all categories. Our experience with Connie Steinbach couldn't have been better. She was timely in all communication which is critical in real estate. She was efficient in delivering paperwork and making sure every detail was covered. As a fellow agent, the value of prompt and precise communication is immeasurable. Connie Steinbach stands out with her communication skills. I would recommend Connie Steinbach to anyone seeking an agent to negotiate on their behalf for the best outcome for buyers or seller.

Connie is an amazing agent. She is knowledgeable, always accessible, and takes the time to ensure you understand the process from start to finish. It took us a long to find a home that we thought was the perfect fit for us. Connie was patient and understanding. We would absolutely use Connie again and highly recommend her to other buyers and sellers.
